Soil treatment w/ Forms 99A & 99B - $450

One time general pest control: $125 (includes one month guarantee from service date). Covers ants, spiders and earwigs.

One time wasp control single story: $125 (includes one month guarantee from service date)

One time wasp control double story: $165 (includes one month guarantee from service date)

One time roach control: $250 (Interior treatment. Must have 1 – 3 follow ups after initial service, included. Apartments must have every unit treated to ensure complete eradication.)

Initial service fee - $125, then $50 monthly or $75 bimonthly
